The sound in the front was not fixed. They replaced the wiper fluid container but the sound still persists. The process should be more streamlined. The service rep should be able to get you the loaner and when returning to get your car. It took 40 minutes to return the car and get ours back and that was without washing the car. The cars should be washed after the service not before you pick it up. Lastly, communication with rep was very lacking. Did not return texts. The convenience of being close to where I live is why I would recommend dealership. More
