If I could give them negative numbers for pricing and customer service I would. This is the worst sales department that I have ever had to deal with. High pressure sales and very desperate to make a sa customer service I would. This is the worst sales department that I have ever had to deal with. This dealership starts basically at MSRP and after 5 negotiated prices they were finally what ended up being their competition (Coggin and Vista). I don't think the salesman (Colin) ever said one ounce of truth to me. Their sales manager that came out to talk to me was even worse. DON'T buy from Braman, buy from any other dealership. I ended up getting my 328i from Coggin and they were honest from the start. Dealing with them was like night and day to Braman. More

To my surprise, my experience at Braman BMW with Mike Belo was an incredibly positive process, resulting in me driving off the lot with a beautiful new car and a great deal! Having shopped for many cars, I entered the process with low expectations. But as soon as Mike drove up to the curb in the car I had asked to test drive, my expectations began to change. Mike started by introducing himself, offering to show the car, answer questions, do things in any order I wanted to go. Mike was friendly, pleasant, and a real people person. When we went for a test drive, he was honest and gave straight answers. Nothing was off the table. When it was time to negotiate, he actually worked with us, and he and the sales manager were fair and honorable. They did not put pressure on me at all, but took some pressure from me for a real change. And the entire process took less than 2 hours, from the time I arrived until I signed the last of the paperwork. In the meantime, I was called by Buzz Braman before I arrived, met Buzz while I was there, and he called to thank me once I made the deal. The sales manager and finance manager both were exceedingly polite and professional.
