I'd looked around on the web and at nume Braman Motorcars ... I've own my 1995 850 GLT Volvo for 18 years and was badly in need of a replacement. I'd looked around on the web and at numerous other local dealerships. I'd been searching for just the right vehicle to fit my budget and circumstances. I didn't feel like being hassled by a pushy salesperson to just buy any car. When the salesperson greeted my niece Adriane and I; I was short on time, patience, and fixed/limited funding. To my surprise, I walked into Braman BMW and was warmly greeted by Jamal Alsafeer wearing a big, bright, and genuine smile; with a heart to match. He wasn't pushy, he inquired about my needs and actually listened to what I was looking for. He took notes and pulled up several options and worked with us with the patience of the Bible character Job. My ultimate goal was to replace my luxury automobile of 18 years with the best luxury automobile I could find ... within my budget. I not only found the car of my dreams; 2014 328i BMW Sedan - mineral white, with sable leather; I had the best automotive buying experience anywhere ... right at Braman Motorcars; then I've had at any dealership. Jamal Alsafeer, Phillip Roe, and Kevin V. Henry made all of my automotive desires come to full fruition and welcome me to the Braman Motorcars Family. Even though they were businessmen; they were intrinsically interested in my circumstances and how they could make everything work out ... mutually beneficial for all. I've never meet such a wonderful group of men who cared so much for their customers and satisfying their every automotive needs!!! They took my "square peg" and fitted it into the "circle of a deal" that I needed to happen. I've never cried so many "tears of joy"! Each time I tell family and friends about my experience at Braman Motorcars; it touches my heart so deeply, that I have a river of "tears of joy" streaming down my fat chubby cheeks. Just when I thought that the kindnesses of others was a "thing of the past" that only I practice; these three men have firmly demonstrated and reaffirmed to me that there's still "ample kindnesses" shown by Christ-Like people in the world today; even in the world of automotive business. As if I haven't cried enough, I'm still crying and filled with gratitude to have had such a beautiful experience at Braman Motorcars and to drive off in my new 2014 328i BMW Sedan! My experience with Braman BMW started with an upbeat gentleman named Howard who could not do more, trying to assist me with an issue that I was dealing with Manager, Mike Rotter, whom I had spoken with and had personal knowledge of the issue I was seeking to speak about. It delt with a client and needed to be addressed with Mr. Rotter, who was very professional and attentive to the issue at hand, ultimately resolving the matter for the benefit of all. Because, and only because Mr. Rotters professionalism and attentiveness, was that I made the risky move of telling Howard that I was looking to Lease a vehicle for my son. Howard immediately set me up with a "VIP Appointment" with Buzz Braman who he stated would be waiting for me at the door of the Dealership and would have a deal for me that woud match the one presented to my client just two months prior. I contacted my family and asked them to head up to the Dealership from our home in Boca, as I had a warm and fuzzy feeling that we would be taking a vehicle home that evening. When I arrived at the Dealership, sure enough, Buzz Braman was there, waiting for me with open arms and gave me a warm and friendly hug. Right away I felt like I was part of the family. It was the next move that really sealed the deal for me, which was when Mr. Braman introduced me to Nicole Stern. What a change of opinion I had regarding car sales persons. Nicole immediately greeted me and asked me what I was interested in. I gave her a quick summary of my goals and advised her of the deal that we were hoping to accomplish that evening. As my family was driving up, she immediately jumped in and provided me with many options on multiple BMW styles and models. Not once did I feel the pressure that she was "pushing" us into any particular scenario. She just kept on giving multiple choices, simply indicating that in order for her to satisfy my goal, we had to stay within certain parameters. She was attentive, pleasant, funny, and just an all around wonderful person. We went to the satellite lot, to look at the vehicle which we ultimately Leased. We actually had a ton of fun with Nicole, my wife, and my 2 kids (9 and 16) on the ride there. She then got down to the numbers and made it simple and quick for us. We ended closing the deal at 9:30 in the evening and not one time did Nicole ever make us feel rushed or led to believe she needed to get home. Even after we were done, ready to go, she spent an additional 20-30 minutes with our son to make 100% sure that he knew where all the functions were and that he was comfortable with the car. Nicole is one super sales person and the Braman family and the BMW division is very lucky to have such and outstanding person as part of your team. To conclude, we can't forget Steven Rock, in financing, who slammed the "rock" on the deal, by making our paper marathon signing event fun and quick. Even though it was late and the Internet was not being his friend, he nonetheless kept his cool and was very professional through the process. It is easy to complain when things don't go your way, however when things are done the "right" way, and you have a great experience, which now a days is difficult to find, those times should be acknowledged and that is the sole purpose of this letter. Thank you Mr. Braman, Mike Rotter, Howard, Nicole and Steven, for making this event a wonderful experience. We will definitely come back and recommend our friends to any Braman dealership. There was a lot of packages for my car that I wasnt offered by the sales associate. I didnt find out about them until the finance department.
