We visited the dealer to "just look at the cars" on our way to picking up my car from another local dealer. We looked over the inventory in the showroom and were soon approached by Willie Ort cars" on our way to picking up my car from another local dealer. We explained why were in the dealership and Willie did an excellent job of explaining the differences and pricing between the various choices BMW offers as compared to my automobile at that time. With a very outgoing personality and easy style Willie helped us look closer at two very good alternatives. After spending time with him we left to pick up my car at the other dealer and said we would return to continue the conversation---which we did. Later that afternoon we returned and concluded the "deal" on a new BMW. I couldn't be more pleased. If anyone wants a GREAT car buying experience you need to spend only a short time with Willie. I was greeted warmly within seconds of walking into the dealership and asked if my son and I would like some water. We were introduced to an easy going salesman, Willie Orth. Donna's familiarity with the BMW X3, it's design and engineering made the entire experience at Braman a pleasure. In just over two hours, we test drove the model and I had all the my questions and concerns completely answered to my satisfaction. We were able to select the options and price the new vehicle for a three year lease program. Obviously, any one who has owned a BMW knows of the excellent engineering and handling - from a tight turning radius to spunky acceleration to the design and safety features, the X3 offers a unique driving experience at a reasonable cost. My current SUV is a Cadillac SRX and it will be such a joy to be rid of that mammoth slug and once again return to the enjoyable driving experience of a BMW. Donna followed up our initial meeting with both a thank you personal message and the necessary and appropriate information regarding the expected delivery date for my new BMW. I appreciated Donna's attitude, enthusiasm for the product and understanding of the buying/selling process. The models and makes have changed, but the experience in general had always been...less than enjoyable. In the past, we have been "sold" vehicles that didn't really fit what we were looking for. This weekend at BRAMAN, we learned that buying a car can be both fun and enjoyable. We found the car we wanted through the BRAMAN website. When we came to see the car, we expected the vehicle to have "just been sold". To be offered what ever was the slow mover on the lot. Instead you brought the car we came from Miami to see. You brought out what can only be described as the cleanest and most meticulously prepared pre owned vehicle either of us had ever seen. Our test drive was memorable, lol. You answered all of our questions and helped us confirm our decision, explaining why it was a good time to trade our current vehicle, no matter what car we bought. We felt no pressure to buy, but when we did decide to do so, you quickly and thoroughly moved through the paperwork. Inspire of a customer almost running her over in the parking lot as she was backing in a car , she brushed it right off and focused on us she came off the lot and shook my hand right away she made me feel welcomed. I have not felt that at Lexus of delay beach or Infiniti of palm beach I did not consider a BMW my husband loves Beemers but after her persistence and tanasity she made me team BMW. Emmanuel and Pierna would like to say thank you to Nicole and thesales manager he was very inviting also and ooh and the lady serving the orderves she was amazing we didnt eat anything all day and she just kept making me feel at ease.
