We live in Miami and had several other dealerships to choose from that would have been more accessible, but the drive to West Palm Beach was well worth our time. In addition to Nick Patel, John Jenkins (the finance person), and manager Fred Castellanos really made us feel welcome. John took the time to answer our many questions about our loan, and Fred made sure that representations made by a former employee of the dealership who had since left were honored. My only complaint and I think this come's from the top and isn't really something the sales staff has a decision over: PLEASE STOP PUTTING FRONT LICENSE PLATES ON THE CAR'S!!!
