Jacob was very knowledgeable, he set our new car up for us. got us familiar with the bmw mobile app and made sure we understood all controls before we departed from the dealer. we live in miami but we strongly recommend braman of west palm beach. it is worth the drive and we do believe we got a better deal we would have gotten in Miami.
