2 1/2 days to change oil, brake fluid and tire rotation?? They sell too many cars to provide decent service. They are all very polite while they make you wait forever. I had heard from friends that is why they have never bought a BMW themselves as this was the closest location for them. I had an appt but took 2 hours just to drop my car off for oil change,tire rotation and brake fluid flush. I was told the car would be done the next day, it wasn’t and I received no call at all. Finally called day 2 and was told it would be done at noon. What a difference experience from Reeves BMW in Tampa. They know how to treat a customer. More

Horrible!!!!@ My experience was horrible. This is the worst dealership. My vehicle was under warranty and was not repaired by BMW. They originally quoted me $150 My experience was horrible. This is the worst dealership. My vehicle was under warranty and was not repaired by BMW. They originally quoted me $15000 in repairs. I asked for a used engine quote, 5 whole days juat for a quote. When I mentioned I found an engine for $4700 from LKQ it was suggested I wait for the quote from BMW. They quoted me $13000 for a used engine. When I asked where the engine was from, it was the same $4700 engine. I was tild parts has to make their money. $7000 markup plus labor. Come on. I will never buy another BMW. Never! More

Bramans BMW’s Tech Totaled My M6 While Joyriding!!!!! Seriously Go Elsewhere This Dealership Totaled My 2014 M6 Which Had Only 12k Miles On Her and Wont Do Anything For Me..... Their 100% At Fault!!!! W Seriously Go Elsewhere This Dealership Totaled My 2014 M6 Which Had Only 12k Miles On Her and Wont Do Anything For Me..... Their 100% At Fault!!!! Wont Even Return My Calls, I Had To Get BMW Of North America Involved And Still Havent Received Any Info Or Calls From Them Even After Leaving Multiple Messages..... When It Was in For an Alignment Their Alignment Tech Was Joyriding And Went Under A Commercial Vehicle They Proceded To Force Repairs Even Though My Lawyer And I Requested To Be Swapped Into A Like Vehicle.... The Repair Through Their Personal Insurance Company Totaled About $70K In Repairs I Received My Vehicle Back For Aprox. 2-3 Weeks And It Started To Malfunction And Had To Go Back In Apparently The Wiring Harness Was Damaged and They Missed It... Well After Sitting In Their Lot For Approximately 4-5 Months And Being Given The Runaround Saying It’ll Be Completed Any Day Now I Get A Voicemail From Their Insurance Company At About 7am Stating That They Were Totaling Her At Which Point I Try Calling The Insurance Company And Dealership Back To No Avail..... Still No Calls Or Info Even After Contacting BMW Of North America More Then once..... Simply The Worst And Even Made Jokes To My Face About This Situation...... Their Dealerships Used To Be My Goto I’ve Purchased and Have Sold Multiple Vehicles Through Them Thanks For Nothing..... Photos at FB Group : Braman BMW WPB Crashed My M6!!!!! More
Outstanding Experience My brother referred my wife and me to Nicole Stem at Braman BMW; Nicole had recently arranged my brother's 2nd BMW lease from the dealership. We live My brother referred my wife and me to Nicole Stem at Braman BMW; Nicole had recently arranged my brother's 2nd BMW lease from the dealership. We live in Naples FL so our dialog with Nicole was via telephone and email. In only a few telephone calls and emails, we had successfully negotiated the lease of a BMW X1. The economics of the transaction and the professional manner in which Nicole represented herself and the dealership clearly made our 2 hour trip from Naples worthwhile. Additionally, our visit to Braman was positive. Business Manager Jorge Mundo was well prepared when it was time to execute lease documents and BMW Genius Joel Chung was thorough when explaining BMW technology to my wife. More
Low Pressure Sales. Everyone I Dealt With Were Class Acts. I purchased 2018 "loaner" 320i. This was not my original plan - buying a "near new"2018 car in 2017. However, once my original plan fell through due t I purchased 2018 "loaner" 320i. This was not my original plan - buying a "near new"2018 car in 2017. However, once my original plan fell through due to my wife not liking the sport seats in a 2017 330i, Jamal and team helped me with finding alternatives. I wasn't overly motivated to buy, but was ready to pull the trigger if an incredible deal was presented to me. I felt like Jamal worked hard for me to get a deal that I and Braman could both feel good about. Everyone that I met at Braman were super people and very customer-oriented. Sales, Finance, Customer Service - even the wonderful lady at the snack bar - were all very accommodating. I look forward to working the Braman for all of my service needs - and likely future car purchases. More
