Walid was absolutely wonderful. He was very attentive to our needs and extremely personable and easy to deal with. I would happily recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicl He was very attentive to our needs and extremely personable and easy to deal with. I would happily recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Ramzi helped facilitate the sale and was very helpful when we had a problem the next day. Alfonso was very patient and helpful during the time when Braman computers kept going down. He fought through and was able to process our paperwork. Braman Honda is the place to go for anyone interested in buying or leasing a vehicle. Also worthy of note was "Vince" with whom we initially spoke. We had been in constant contact with Vince concerning our 2022 Honda Odyssey that was eventually considered a total loss by our insurance company. More

I have been a Honda fan since 1995 and over the years have had only Honda's as my primary vehichles. Since 2003 I have been using this dealership only for my maintenance and repairs. Something has change have had only Honda's as my primary vehichles. Since 2003 I have been using this dealership only for my maintenance and repairs. Something has changed. All of my advisors who I trusted have left and this last time was my last. Although the team is professional, I do not want to be "sold" anything while I am fixing my car. I do not want to be told that after purchasing a tire, oil change and balancing, that my car shakes now because of a bent axel. All of my trust has gone out the window. Sorry for this review but it is fact. More
