I have never been one to Lease Cars. I went to trade in my Saturn Outlook for a Honda. Before even arriving, Andy was calling me to setup how the process would work. It is not the first time I have worked with him and both experiences I have had with Andy have been exceptional. So He go me into an Accord and I had to work the financing. That's where Alex came in... I was somewhat upside down on the Outlook and purchasing the accord was not an option.. Alex sat me and my wife down and explained leasing from beginning to end. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. By the end of the approximately 3 hour process we were in our new accord. Thank you Andy and Alex. I would definitely do business there again. I have been working with this dealership location for many years now, so has my immediate family. I met Ernesto in 2008, when I purchased my first Honda Pilot. He was upfront, no B.S., extremely informat many years now, so has my immediate family. I met Ernesto in 2008, when I purchased my first Honda Pilot. He was upfront, no B.S., extremely informative, great customer relation skills and got the job done! I decided I wanted to trade in that Pilot for the new one (2011), I immediately called Ernesto over the phone and asked if he thought he would be able to help. He took a few bits of information, called me back within a few hours with a list of options, all that would benefit me, not the dealership. I thought about my options and went to Honda the next day and purchased a new car. He was organized and followed through with the same level of customer service. I recommend this Honda dealership in Greenacres over any dealer I have visited over the past 10 yrs & there's been many! Overall, I recommend Ernesto highly... I give him contact information out all the time. You will not find another sales man, that can get the job done, make the customer happy and treat you like family, not a commission check! If you go in to see him off this review, tell him Kerri Martinez sent you! P.S. Alex in financing was also a great help! He asked us what we wanted to see done and he made it happen, with no hidden fee's or costs. He was prompt, very quick and explained to us everything, because we had MANY questions! I'm still upset that i paid almost $2000 more then the ads called for.I had $350 damage on my trade in.I paid that plus 300 ,total 650.the ads said 0 down and 220 per month. i'm paying 288 a month. thats ads called for.I had $350 damage on my trade in.I paid that plus 300 ,total 650.the ads said 0 down and 220 per month. i'm paying 288 a month. thats $60 per month more. That comes to over $2000 in a 3 year period.I blame no one but myself .I'll probably be upset for the next 35 months paying off this car.This is no reflextion on Louis Licousi a very good salesman. Up front, no haggle internet pricing was a pleasure to work with. Other Honda Dealerships would not provide a written price quote as Braman did almost immediately. We made a rather quick decision to replace our Civic Hybrid and Sam helped us with our buying process. Salemen Andy is excellent. He is friendly. Andy was patient during test drive process and compared new features of different trims. The color I want was not in stock. Mitchell is a very friendly, down to earth person and tries to be very fair with the customers. We were satisfied with the price we all agreed upon and felt it was very fair. We bought a 2007 CRV in 2007 and had a very bad experience with the financial dept and we explained that to Mitchell and reassured us that he would do all that he could to make our car buying experience a good one and he stood behind his word. I went to three other Honda dealerships in the area. One didn't have the car I wanted and I didn't want to wait. The other had the car I wanted and did hardball tactics, so I walked away. He and the staff worked hard to get me a price I could afford and even more importantly a payment plan I could afford. I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase of my car! I highly recommend Elliot as he isn't the pushy salesman that I would run away from as I did in the other dealership and was patient and worked hard to make what I still consider a great deal for me. I also, unfortunately, can't remember the name of the young finance agent you have, but he worked very hard too to get me the loan as my credit wasn't very good. I love my new car and will be forever grateful for their hard work on getting me this car! More
