We recently purchased a new Honda CRV from Braman Honda. The entire transaction, from the test drive, to selecting the car we wanted, to driving it out the door, was accomplished in one day. Throughout the lengthy process we found our salesman, Rick Greenlee, to be friendly, courteous, and patient. There were no indications of high pressure tactics from Rick or from any other Braman employees we came in contact with. Everyone we met performed their job in a friendly and efficient manner. We had to return to the dealership for a scheduled visit to obtain a disc for the navigation system, and to have a roof rack installed. This was handled in a courteous and competent manner. Rick was solicitous and concerned, and he followed through to make sure that we were satisfied. I thought about my options and went to Honda the next day and purchased a new car. He was organized and followed through with the same level of customer service. I'm still upset that i paid almost $2000 more then the ads called for.I had $350 damage on my trade in.I paid that plus 300 ,total 650.the ads said 0 down and 220 per month. i'm paying 288 a month. thats ads called for.I had $350 damage on my trade in.I paid that plus 300 ,total 650.the ads said 0 down and 220 per month. i'm paying 288 a month. thats $60 per month more. That comes to over $2000 in a 3 year period.I blame no one but myself .I'll probably be upset for the next 35 months paying off this car.This is no reflextion on Louis Licousi a very good salesman.
