I want to thank Susan for getting me through the 3 weeks without my car due to the electric power steering gearbox had to be replaced on my vehicle that had only 5762 miles on it. It was upsetting at first without my car due to the electric power steering gearbox had to be replaced on my vehicle that had only 5762 miles on it. It was upsetting at first but after I had made contact with American Honda they expeditated getting the part to Braman faster then waiting until April . I know I was a pain to Susan put as my service advisor she was fantastic and kept me informed. Even Rodney Lau the service manager was fantastic handling my issues along the way.
