Braman Honda service staff are very helpful. I deal with Susan Rutledge as my service advisor and she always went out of her way to fit the recall service into my schedule. I was a little reluctant about getting it fixed because there is so much negative feedback on the Passport Forums from people who had it done, but it went well. No scratches or noises. Well done.
