Our experience with this dealer was good. From the beginning everything went very fast and friendly. When we brought the check to the dealer, everything was ready. Car was washed and clean. paper work was ready to sign. we were done in less than an hour. Everyone at the dealership was very nice to me and especially my pregnant wife, who is carrying triplets. We discussed with Joanne our preferences and model and viewed the car she recommended. I looked at others but wanted to drive the car she recommended. Immediately I knew I need not look any further. We compleleted all the paperwork in such a timely manner, it was a pleasure and explained to Joanne we were going to MA for our grandson's hockey tournment and if we can complete the transaction after the weekend. I called her the Monday after, set a time, and drove home very satisfied with a car not only my wife and I love but also "all in the family" Matt Goodwin explained the financial and service matters in a personable and knowledgeable manner with emphasise on our needs. When walking through the front door, one has the immediate impression that this is a quality operation. Generally, I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable about the cars they sell. Brandfon Honda does not use pressure tactics to sell automobiles. The dealership has a large selection of new Hondas from which to choose. David Traskos is an excellent sales consultant. He is knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and helpful. Dave is clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction. He is one of those rare salespeople who understand that the best way to sell an automobile is to see to it that the customer is happy. Now, here is the most impressive part of my experience. When I began shopping for a new car in June, I had my heart set on a Honda Civic Coupe LX with manual transmission. Unfortunately, Honda had stopped manufacturing this vehicle with a manual transmission earlier in the year. No Civic Coupe LX with manual transmission showed up at any Honda dealership in Connecticut all summer. When August rolled around, I gave up on the Civic and arranged to purchase a different Honda. However, at the very last moment, I had a change of heart. I came to the realization that other car was just not right for me. The dealership refunded my money immediately and without any problem. I was not pressured in any way to go through with the deal. I was dealt with politely and professionally at all times. With patience and good humor, Dave worked with me to reverse the transaction. I believe that such a high level of integrity is uncommon in car sales. At this point in my life, I have purchased many automobiles and this was one of my most positive shopping experiences. When it does come time to purchase a new Honda, I intend to return to Brandfon Honda and to see David Traskos. Len More
I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned Honda not long ago, and the other day, the driver's side visor suddenly snapped apart and would not stay up. Though this part wasn't covered under Honda's comprehensive and the other day, the driver's side visor suddenly snapped apart and would not stay up. I had already agreed to buy a Ford Fusion from a private party earlier that morning, but I decided to just look at the Hondas. I met Danny, tried an Accord, and then we sat at his desk and talked. To have a dependable car that I could afford and enjoy. He convinced me to buy a Civic with 23,000 miles and warranties. I'm happy with my choice.
