I am, by nature, a very worrisome and easily-stressed-out individual. Indeed, after listening to the leasing options initially available to me, I was absolutely convinced (as a high-school teacher on a relatively-meager salary) that there was no way I would be able to lease a vehicle from Honda. Enter Kathryn and Rob... They bent over backwards and went beyond the call of duty to not only make me feel at ease, but managed to put together a leasing package (and with the options and warranty I wanted!) that I would be able to afford. They are amazing representatives of the Honda Corporation, and a credit to that organization. They embody the true spirit of Customer Care. As I read my owner's manual, I am amazed at the technological superiority of the product Honda created for me. Riding in my new vehicle, I am overjoyed at the comfort of the vehicle and the ease with which it operates. I extend my thanks not just to Kathryn and Rob, but to everyone at Brandfon Honda, many of whom didn't know me from Adam, but who went out of their way to say "Hello" or offer me a bottle of water on such a hot day as the one on which I visited Brandfon. Although I've bought a dozen cars in my lifetime, I've rarely dealt with dealerships, because I felt that the inerests of salesmen and customers were diametricly opposed to one another. I must say that from the moment Mr. Moris stepped up to help me find a used car within my means, he was more like a friend than a salesmen, offering me choices that all made sense, and not pressuring me to buy a car because that choice might benefit him or his employer rather than me. I wanted to drive my 2000 Honda Accord for a month before making my evaluation, to make sure the car was as good as it appeared and that the dealer would make good on their promise to remedy any problems I might uncover and all is well. I can be very demanding and critical when that is what is called for, but I feel equally obligated to give credit when credit is due, and I have to commend Branfond for hiring and training salesmen like Kevon. More

Kevon was proactive in asking me if he could help me when he saw me sitting in the middle of the dealership. When he understood my needs regarding a car, he directed me to the most sensible one and offered for me to sit in it, then take it for a test drive. Without applying pressure, Kevon worked with me to put the deal together for the car I had selected. He offered to stay late that first night and call me at home with the results of my credit report. When I decided to wait till the next day, he supported my decision to wait and made himself available to work with me based on my schedule and needs. The next day he accomodated my wife and myself as we worked through the paperwork and deal transaction, guiding us in a friendly, informative way that let us know that he was working for us to make things go as expeditiously as possible. We drove the car home that night, and have been completely satisfied with the whole experience. We feel we made the right decision and recognize that Kevon was a major part of our success. More
