Bob's quote was the first one to arrive, he was the first to call and the most proactive to get our business without being pushy. We got an excellent price as well as a terrific trade-in offer for our 12 year old Odyssey that the other dealers could not match. Everyone we worked with at Brandfon was friendly and helpful. I contacted at the same time three local Honda dealerships and Kathryn's price was the first to arrive and was very good. The second dealer could not match it and the third did match it and was in dealerships and Kathryn's price was the first to arrive and was very good. They said they had to locate my model and after a month they gave me the VIN # and said it was coming on Friday. On that Friday I went to verify the Vin# so as to get insurance and was informed that the VIN # had changed and would not arrive in this country until the end of this month. I stormed out of the dealership saying you sold my car to someone else. I immediately contacted Ms Woodford and asked if her quote was still valid and if she could get me one of these scarse model "Insight"s Sure she said, give me three choices of exterior color and I will see what I can find. Today, less than 7 days later I went home in my new car. I am a senior citizen who has a record of buying new luxury brand top of the line cars. This is my first compact and first Hybrid. I wanted to try this new style and at the same time needed a hatchback model to carry an electric scooter in the rear as I'm handicapped. The lift will be installed next week and Honda will reimburse me up to $1000 toward this expense. As for Kathryn,she is an asset to the dealership. She always had time for me and always was able to get me answers to hard questions. Tonight she started to explain how the new gadgets on this auto worked even though to was past closing time. It was I who suggested that we quit for tonight and resume next week. Such is company loyalty. Good looks also helps. More
