Brandfon Honda is top notch. You are greeted at your car door the moment you drive into the service bay. Th mood inside the service garage was upbeat even though it was 95 degree You are greeted at your car door the moment you drive into the service bay. Very disappointed with the service. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation and was charged 130.00. Thankfully I had a coupon which I was told “ next time I need it when you check i I asked for an oil change and tire rotation and was charged 130.00. Thankfully I had a coupon which I was told “ next time I need it when you check in… then I proceeded to ask if they will rotate my tires bc in the past they said they did and didn’t. I was assured they did. When I spoke to mechanic who worked on my car he said “ he couldn’t rotate them but forgot to mark it on sheet” he stated that they didn’t need rotating . I was charged and assured it was done. I’m tired of this dealership and the lies and the constant upcharge . Never will I go there again. This isn’t the first time this has happened. More
