Remarkable After-the-Sale Customer Support I've always been treated well at Quality Hyundai, but the help I received from their sales department this week, even though it was in support of a us I've always been treated well at Quality Hyundai, but the help I received from their sales department this week, even though it was in support of a used car sale from 3 years ago, was outstanding. Three years ago, I bought a used 2011 Hyundai Accent from Quality Hyundai to replace my aging 2001 Accent, the best car I've owned in over 50 years of driving. Because my 2001 Accent is still running trouble-free (180,000 miles and over 14 years), I've kept the newer car in storage, and never bothered to apply for a title or registration. I recently decided it would be wise to obtain a title, but the motor vehicle department threw one impossible obstacle after another in my way. Finally, I returned to Quality Hyundai for help and advice. The Sales manager, Marco Diraffaele, and the owner, Joe, spent a great deal of time and effort helping me around these obstacles. At my age, I have enough Hyundais to see me through my remaining driving years. They didn't have to do this for me. But I'm very grateful and appreciative that they did. After-the-sale customer support simply doesn't get any better than this. I strongly recommend Hyundai as a reliable car, and Quality Hyundai as the best of dealers. More
