We were looking for a reasonably low mileage previously owned car at a reasonable price. I called Quality Hyundai to see if what we were looking for was available. Our call was answered by Kourtney Mei who proceeded to give us info without a hard sales pitch, which was greatly appreciated. Later, that very rainy day, we were welcomed by Kourteny who proceeded to show us several cars. Her professionalism, and dedication to her job, while running through the rain several times to bring selected autos to the front of the store, was also greatly appreciated. Because of Kourtney and the rest of the Quality Hyundai team, My wife is happily driving a 2013 Elantra. Many thanks to Kourtney for helping make our experience a good one. More

He was very friendly and polite and not pushy one bit. I didnt feel any pressure from anyone there and that's a great feeling. The dealer is beautiful and very clean. Everyone I met was friendly. The buying process went smooth and easy and I am satisfied overall. Marco did a great job of the F & I process. Everyone explained everything up front .......which is rare these days.
