He was very friendly and polite and not pushy one bit. I didnt feel any pressure from anyone there and that's a great feeling. The dealer is beautiful and very clean. Everyone I met was friendly. The buying process went smooth and easy and I am satisfied overall. Marco did a great job of the F & I process. Everyone explained everything up front .......which is rare these days.
