The atmosphere at the dealership was friendly, relaxed and I felt very comfortable. My first contact was Pete Zaniewski (Internet Specialist), who was great. He responded to me at 6:49 AM, shortly after I inquired about the car via email. We continued communication via email, which was very convenient for me, due to being at work. My sales consultant Michael Taylor was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and patient (I had 1000+ questions =). A pleasure to do business with! Not pushy and forceful like other sales consultants. Thank you Mike for making car buying fun and making me feel like you truly cared about me as the customer and that I could really trust you, explaining every detail and function of the car, telling me about the history of the car dealership and the current owners, and making it all around the best car buying experience I could have ever hoped for. The Finance Director Marco did a wonderful job explaining all the financing, warranty and various packages that were available for my car. Thank you Marco for your great sense of humor and patience. I also met the owners, and nobody was pushy and tried to force anything on me.
