Mike was very thorough and explained all of the details of the lease agreement. Once all paperwork was completed Julian went over every detail of the car. Bought a newer used car after an (not my fault) accident Didn’t want to get a new car, but after being rear ended, and having our 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe “totaled” by the at fault drivers insurance company, I Didn’t want to get a new car, but after being rear ended, and having our 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe “totaled” by the at fault drivers insurance company, I had no choice. The good news is that upon looking at websites for a replacement, Brandfon had a really nice and clean and well maintained 2012 Santa Fe for sale at a very reasonable price. And even better, Chris, John, and Paul were amazingly patient and helpful as we had to wait through the labyrinth of insurance “red tape” to get the check in order to apply that towards the deposit. They held the vehicle on deposit, until it alll came together. JH More
Worst experience with service department I don't know about their sales department, but would not ever use this dealership for service!!! My daughter took her car in for a recall that should I don't know about their sales department, but would not ever use this dealership for service!!! My daughter took her car in for a recall that should have taken 1 hour. It took 2 trips and wasted 2 days. She had to call them over 7 times over 2 days to get any info about her car. The first day she told them she needed to be picked up when her car was ready, and when she finally got a call, she was told that the driver was gone for the day. The second trip, she told them that she had to have her car by noon. By the time she picked her car up, it was almost 3:00PM. The poor service had to be brought to their attention, before there was an"I'm sorry". When I asked the woman if she would be aggravated, if this was her, she replied YES. They give a new meaning to the name "service Department".......... And it's NOT in a good way. I'm not one to complain usually. I try to understand that stuff happens, but this was not the first undesirable dealing with this service department, but it sure was the worst. More
