1. Had the wrong color car ready for me. 2. Then sent the wrong car from another dealership. 3. Whole issue with my insurance because of the wrong VIN they gave me. 4. Offered me 9% even though I had the wrong car from another dealership. 3. Whole issue with my insurance because of the wrong VIN they gave me. 4. Offered me 9% even though I had 770 credit 5. Had to fill paperwork multiple times because of all the VIN number errors AND they had my name spelled wrong. 6. Got to financial and they tried to get me to sign paperwork with the wrong interest rate 7. Then I noticed in the paperwork they shorted me $700 from my car trade in. Claimed it was somewhere in the sales tax I’m saving. More
