I did not complain but over an hour for an oil change with a scheduled appointment was a tad annoying. However all was forgiven when they gave it to me for free. I must say that there are some days when quicker would be better then free. The service advisor explained everything and was super nice, They suggested a 30,000 mile service because of the time rather then the mileage but I was not prepared financially for a 600 dollar service. I understand the reason and I'll probably have it done at the 20,000 mile mark unless you can make me a sweet deal on the new small SUV, "HRV" ?? More

Recall of a 2017 HRV We got a letter informing us to make an appointment for a recall of our 2017 HRV. It was taken care of within the 90 minutes quoted.
