Beyond the back and forth and feeling l After a couple weeks I finally received a call from Leo Sandoval that the CR-V I'd been looking for was found. Beyond the back and forth and feeling like they were never going to find my car I had forgotten that by the time I came in ready to buy. Leo was good enough to give me a test drive in weeks past and show me all about the vehicle so I was ready, however, at purchasing time he was with another customer so Andre Silva has to step in his place. Andre was fantastic! Very friendly, likable and even made me more excited about my new car. He did his best to make the process a quick, smooth one, which I was impressed with considering he wasn't even the the rep I'd been talking to for weeks. Vaughn in finance was also very friendly and funny and trying to help speed me through the process as he knew I had somewhere to be that night. Since I didn't have time to get a full tutorial on my car that night, Andre gave me his number and told me to call whenever I could come back for a full lesson. I'm so glad I came back 2 days later. He spent a full hour going over every button and every feature of my new car and making sure I felt comfortable and understanding along the way. I feel like a pro now in my car and love it even more!
