Oncevi did my research I contacted a couple of Honda delearships ( thru their website) in my area and Mohamed Ess was the only one that reached out over the phone. He listened to my needs and provide some great information. We then set up an appointment. Once my wife and arrived everyone was ver friendly. Mohamed then explained to us the safety features and specifics of the Honda Odyssey. Next he took us in a very fun test drive, he had us laughing all the way. When we returned he offered the best price on the odyssey we wanted. However I had a better offer from another dealership. Mohamed happily took that information to one of the managers and they matched the price. They also gave me a fair credit for my trade in. Once we were done with the financing , which by the way they were able to get me a better rate than my credit union. Mohamed got us our new new minivan. Mohamed & the rest of the Honda Brandon team made us feel great. I would recommend them 100%. I know were I'm going for our next car purchase. Brandon Honda!!! More

When considering a trade of my first CRV at the local dealership where I had purchased it, I walked away feeling like I was no longer a valuable customer.... I came home and started looking online at the CRV Honda and entered my information to get a online quote. Within less than 2 minutes, Priscila from Brandon Honda contacted me and I've been a loyal customer every since! I took my original Honda CRV to Brandon Honda for it's second oil change and I drove out with a new CRV from Brandon Honda. I drove that CRV into Brandon Honda for it's first oil change and I drove out with a new CRV EXL! This week my CRV EXL was due for it's 3rd oil change, and yes, I can't believe it but I drove home another new CRV EXL, same color as the one I drove in, but oh what a difference in the car! Just Amazing the new features just within the model change..... I am so happy, I love it even more than I did my previous CRV's and I did not think that would be possible. When I drove up to the Service Lane I was greeted by a friendly Service Greeter, soon Elizabeth Mondoza my consultant walked out asking me to come into the office and go over the service order. While doing so I mentioned Brett Morgan whom I've stayed in contact with over the past 3 years had suggested I introduce myself to Grant Hocking, Service Manager. Elizabeth quickly and efficiently went over my service order and then walked me over to Grants desk where I had the pleasure to introduce myself. While having a great conversation with Grant, Priscila Prates, my awesome sales lady, came by to greet me telling me when I finished talking with Grant to stop by her desk and we can have a cup of coffee. Before long Priscila comes back to Grant's desk to introduce me to her manager Gary Jarrell; soon after Priscila, Gary and I are having great discussions regarding my current CRV EXL and the new models. With great interest we were talking various options for the new CRV EXL (mind you I just went in for my 3rd oil change) : ) Priscila and Gary were nothing but very professional, informative and concerning as we went over the pros and cons of me trading in my current vehicle so early on. After our discussion they told me to take some time to think about our conversation and we would meet back up in a few minutes to discuss my questions and decision. Upon making the decision to "Moving On Up", Priscila and Gary went to work coming back some wonderful options. A few decisions were made and Priscila started the process while I enjoyed a Home made Chef Salad at the Cafe inside of Brandon Honda. You usually would not go to a dealership for breakfast, lunch or dinner.... but I have to tell you.... those girls behind that Cafe counter are awesome and send out delicious food! A short time later Elizabeth from the Service department returns my keys and tells me my car is washed and ready for me, already knowing I had made the decision to leave it there and drive home with my new one. She congratulated on my recent purchase and asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I have never had an unpleasant experience with the Service Department at Brandon Honda, their efficiency, professionalism and friendliness is a wonderful asset to Brandon Honda. Bo Engel in financing was funny, friendly and efficient in finding me low interest financing with Honda, processed all the paperwork right there in his office while my new car was being detailed for me. Priscila came back to bring me my new car materials and walked me out to the new car helping me transfer all the contents from car to car. In my career I've been involved directly in the Customer Service Industry, Hotel/Motel, Major Retail District Staff as well as owning a couple personal businesses. Customer Service in so essential to a thriving business, you just don't find it like the good old days.... but here at Brandon Honda they seem to know the secret to success. You can't have happy customers without having happy employees...without happy staff it is impossible to have happy customers.... It doesn't matter which department you analyze or review at Brandon Honda.... you will find happy staff! One more comment about "Going Above and Beyond" after my car transaction was signed, sealed and delivered, just before pulling out of their driveway to head home here comes Priscila with a little bag containing 2 freshly baked cookies, 2 bottles of cold water for my enjoyment on the way home. When you have staff going out of their way impressing their customers beyond expectation not only will they tell many people about it, but they will return time and time again. Even without all the obnoxious commercials.... Brandon Honda goes above and beyond what any "HUGE AND I MEAN HUGE" dealership could ever hope for. Management at Brandon Honda has it figured out!
