Service department is not very professional. Just got an email that I missed my appointment. I did not. Upon arrival for an appointment that you generated 4 months ago I was told I didn’t need service. I dr email that I missed my appointment. I did not. There’s more to discuss about this service department but too much for this space. Suffice to say your reps act like they’re doing customers a favor. More
