I cant stress enough how disappointed I am in Brandon Honda. After months or going back and forth with Jorgi (manager) explaining what I was looking for in terms of trading my vehicle and being adamant a Honda. After months or going back and forth with Jorgi (manager) explaining what I was looking for in terms of trading my vehicle and being adamant about taking my car without having to pay any additional fees or costs to trade it in. Discussing the dealer fees they charge and the price I was looking to pay for the vehicle. She told me to come in and she will hit all my requests. I went in to test drive the car, I liked the car. I was clear as day what I expected on the trade in and said if she cant do what I am asking I wouldn't be purchasing the vehicle. They inspected it and said they can take it back with no additional fees. I asked 5x, are you sure because no other dealerships would do this. She said Yes. I specifically said, so I will NEVER receive another bill from you or another dealership. She said thats correct. I felt comfortable with the number for the car and the reduced dealership fees. I specially said, I truly feel like this is a great deal. I thank her many times. One thing they had to do was make the last two payments on my trade in. I requested confirmation that it has been completed because the other dealership was requesting payment. A few days passed and nothing. A few weeks past and nothing. Than I got a letter in the mail from the other dealership in which I had the lease stating I owe $2,700. I called Brandon Honda and said that correct. I was shocked, I said thats not what we agreed to. The entire story changed on her end and said thats not was discussed. She still didn't know why the payment wasn't made for the last two payments as agreed upon. She was contesting that they were not going to cover everything else. Which was NOT what was agreed upon. This was in September, its now end of January and the payment for the last two payments STILL HAS NOT BEEB PAID. It's impacting my credit and I will seek legal action if not fully remediated for what was promised at time of sale. I will set up a meeting with the GM to discuss and see how that goes and let everyone know what come out of this. I was in the market for a few vehicles and would NEVER go back to them. PLEASE BE AWARE as they will do one thing just to make a sale. I am hoping the GM reads this and contacts me. If not, I will schedule a meeting with them to discuss. If that doesnt work, I will raise to corporate and then as I mentioned legal action. Sorry for the long winded review. **UPDATE ** 2/5/25 Customer Service (Jessica) had reached out to understand the issue and see if they can remediate it. I was very happy to get the call and Jessica seemed very eager to assist. She took the time to listen to my issue and concerns. She advised she will get to the bottom of it and see what they can do. Jessica was great, she came back and found that Brandon Honda for some reason dropped the ball on paying the last two installments of the lease but supposedly made the payment on 12/31/24 (keep in mind I purchased the car in September). Here is the bad part on which I would NEVER buy or lease from them again and in all honesty I urge you NOT to buy from them because they the salesperson Jorgi flat out lied about any fees or cost when return my lease. As mentioned above, we have extensive conversation and me NOT having to pay any additional fees for the lease return. I made sure she said I would never see another bill on the returned car. Customer Service just came back and said they are taking her word over mine. It's about $2,000 and I know it not a large amount but it's the point she lied to make a sale. It's truly disheartening because now I dont want anyone else to get screwed over when buying or leasing a car from them. I know they sell thousands of cars a month and they dont need us to buy there, so they dont really care about individuals because they do so much business. If you truly dont care about getting a deal, paying high dealership fees and getting lied to. DONT BUY HERE! More
