I first met Chris back in 2000 when my local dealer in St. Petersburg was not meeting my needs with regard to the price of Advisor at Brandon Honda. I first met Chris back in 2000 when my local dealer in St. Petersburg was not meeting my needs with regard to the price of the car that I wanted, including the negotiations and the desire to work in a professional manner. The moment I met Chris, he was much more professional, courteous and timely with getting things in a timely way for me. He also brought up the fact that we had both previously served in the military and made it a point that we had that in common. You know, when you're dealing with someone in sales, it's important that they try to create a bond with their clients and Chris went out of his way to do that, and I know that he treats all of his clients with the respect that they deserve. So, he does not miss the details of his job. Chris can be a very busy guy, but he makes sure to attend to everyone's immediate needs, even if he has to bring in an associate to help out. I ended up leasing a 2020 Honda Civic Sport Touring model and I can say that working with Chris was the best experience I've ever encountered with a car sales person. Now, fast forward to my more recent visit to Brandon Honda, in order to take a look specifically at the new 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid in Sport L trim, Chris once again took great care of me, and was aware of the time that I had to spend at the dealership. Once again he was very busy and therefore found an associate to allow me to take the car for a test drive. When we got back from the drive, he focused all of his attention on getting me the best deal possible.
