So, as I was traveling home from St Petersburg today my low tire pressure light came on. After dealing with a flat tire on the crosstown a month ago of course my anxiety shot up. I pulled into Honda Service dept at 5:07 pm Saturday afternoon. I went inside and was met by a lady and explained my situation and asked if I could get air in the tires. I was told no we are closed. You will have to come back Monday. Stressed out I started to leave and ran into a young man Spencer Clements. Long story short this young man took a moment for me and drove my car back and aired up all my tires. I cannot thank him enough knowing he too was trying to go home for the day. He is one of the great experiences I have had with Honda Service department. Thank you Spencer. More

I've long since lost track of service requirements, etc. Thanks to the great record keeping at Brandon Honda, Tom was able to scroll up my complete maintenance history and recommend a package including discounts. Now all the usual checks are done, all tubing for liquids replaced as well as coolant and oil filter change. Plus the timing belt has been replaced proactively. A loaner car was provided so the 1.5 days it took was painless. Now I can drive with confidence and my car was returned with detailed cleaning both inside and out. Very pleased with service and results. More
