Mike is very easy to reach either via call or text and always responds quickly. I have dealt with him on a couple of occasions and he is always friendly and responsive. I was looking for a very specific car : one year, one make & model,limited colors and mileage - a near impossible task w/o help from the Dealer. As a previous Brandon Honda customer, I asked Mr. Harrison make & model,limited colors and mileage - a near impossible task w/o help from the Dealer. As a previous Brandon Honda customer, I asked Mr. Harrison Perez to watch for a used car with my specs. Within a few weeks, Mr. Perez sequestered a trade-in, and I purchased it before it was prepped for sale. Mr. Harrison scheduled a dent repair, and then, unfortunately became ill. I went to Brandon Honda on the scheduled repair date and informed the 1st person I saw of the situation. His name is Alex Enrique. I am not easily amazed but I could not believe the "seamless" Customer Relations. Without missing a step, Mr. Enrique then completely managed the repair and several minor issues. I could not be more pleased with the car, and the experience of dealing with Professionals! As Mr. Enrique explained my amazement : "that's the way do things here." Many thanks to all. More

I absolutely love Eddie! Went to him March 26, 2019 to get my new 2019' Civic hatchback sport & we ended up leasing it due to not bein able to afford the monthly payments & he offered that leasing was the get my new 2019' Civic hatchback sport & we ended up leasing it due to not bein able to afford the monthly payments & he offered that leasing was the best plan at that time even though I leased it, I knew from the jump that I would forever keep the car & want to buy it. Today after a year & a half of ownin it we had a chance to buy it out & keep it at the same monthly payment & only have it go up by $5 more than what I was originally paying. Thanks to him & his co wokers for bein so awesome & keeing their word of promosing it would stay around the same monthly payment as it originally was. Because of that were we able to buy the car at this time because of Covid only my father is having the income because my mother's job & my job got laid off so we could only pay so much. So I appreciate them so much for workin with us so I can keep this beautiful amazing car of mine at the same payment. Would 10/10 recommend if you guys want a car, work with Guadalupe!!
