Update: Management( Justin) did respond and stated they would review the discrepancies and work toward a resolution. I have since no received any response back, despite multiple follow-ups. I still have not received a clear itemized breakdown, confirmation of cancellation of add-ons, copies of all signed documents, or a meaningful explanation for the significant difference between the agreed pricing the and the final contract amount. I attempted to resolve this directly and professionally before escalating further. Since I still have not received a meaningful resolution, I will now be moving forward with escalation through the Better Business Bureau, the Florida Attorney General’s Office, and the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles until this matter is properly addressed.
