On March 28, 2026, I saw a car on Brandon Honda that I liked. I contacted Mr. Brody Raeke at Brandon Honda and I told him I was interested in vehicle. He told me the vehicle was in good condition, no ma liked. I contacted Mr. Brody Raeke at Brandon Honda and I told him I was interested in vehicle. He told me the vehicle was in good condition, no major flaws. The price was listed online for base price of $27, 437.59. I told him i was waiting for some money and would get back with him. On April 3, 2026, I saw that the price went down on same vehicle (2024 Mitsubishi Outlander) for base price of $24,554 on their website. I told Mr. Raeke that I was ready to purchase the car but wanted the lower price. Mr. Raeke told me that I would need to speak to the manager handling the purchase to see what he would say. I then spoke to the manager (I can't remember his name) and he told me he couldn't give the new price of $24,554 because the price went down on the car because the car technically was being sold to me already. I told him how can it be sold to me if i haven't even done a contract. He just told me to this so I wouldn't continue asking about the price. I just wanted the car and decided to pay the amount they were asking for of base price of $27,437.59 plus tax, etc. I bought the car without being present but I trusted Mr. Roeke and staff that the car was in good condition like they told me. I paid a shipping company to pick up the vehicle at Brandon Honda on April 13, 2026. The shipping company completed a form stating that there was damage to the drivers side mirror. The vehicle arrived in Arizona on April 16, 2026 and in fact there was damage to the drivers side mirror. I have contacted Mr. Brody Roake and the manager and have not responded. I am still waiting on my title and asked for them to extend my temporary registration that they gave me and I haven't heard from them either. What kind of business are they running that they can't even respond to my texts. Today is May 7, 2026 and I have not heard anything back yet. I will continue texting and calling them. I wouldn't buy from them again!! More

Dealership charges $1,397. 00 for a allegedly 140 point inspection of used vehicle. When in fact all they do is an $1,397.00 oil change . I bought a 2024 Chevrolet pickup with 1 00 for a allegedly 140 point inspection of used vehicle. When in fact all they do is an $1,397.00 oil change . I bought a 2024 Chevrolet pickup with 14k miles and the right rear axle shaft was bent and sensor wires hanging down on the right side and axle housing leaking gear oil . I've owned the pickup for 12 days and the Dealership service has had it for the last 10 days and counting. Brandon Honda 140 inspection is a joke and a rip off for the $1,397.00 that they charge . Would not recommend this Dealership to anyone . More

23K in texts. $36K in contract. Must be some new math. I chose Brandon Honda because they had the exact car I was looking for on their lot. I was quoted $23,25 $36K in contract. Must be some new math. I chose Brandon Honda because they had the exact car I was looking for on their lot. I was quoted $23,250 before taxes and fees in writing for a vehicle that was also advertised at $24,403. However, the contract I signed reflects a pre-tax price of over $36,000 — a difference of more than $12,000. There is no reasonable explanation for this gap. It is not believable that a buyer would knowingly agree to pay over $12,000 more than both a written quote and the advertised price without clear disclosure. When I questioned this, I was routed to finance instead of a manager, i then went in myslef and was told in person that the starting price was around $27,000 (which does not match the original quote) There were also multiple inconsistencies with add-ons: $1,700 window tint which was never mentioned during signing (i have since specifically asked to have removed) A warranty described as “lifetime powertrain,” turned to “8 years/120,000 miles,” but the final documentation email now shows 5 years/100,000 miles During the signing process, my attention was repeatedly diverted with unrelated conversation, and I was not provided a clear, itemized breakdown explaining how the price increased. I was also not given a copy of my contract or paperwork at the time of purchase, which prevented me from reviewing the final terms immediately. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Florida Attorney General, and the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. Dealerships should honor their written quotes and advertised pricing, not present one number upfront and finalize another. A $12K difference isn’t a misunderstanding , it’s a problem. More

Helped me learn and knew the answer to every question I had. I came back the next day to BUY I was so impressed and happy with his professionalism and no pressure approach.. I then went through an experience with various other members of the Brandon Team. All pleasant, helpful and efficient. Totally positive experience in all regards. Just can't say enough good about Dyaa and Brandon Honda. I will come back to this dealer and Honda in the future if I buy a second car.. More
