Brandon Honda’s service team is top notch. They were able to schedule us in super quickly and our service manager Danny was extremely knowledgeable. He outlined the work that needed to be done, took the time to schedule us in super quickly and our service manager Danny was extremely knowledgeable. He went over all the costs ahead of time and gave us an estimate on how long it would take. Our vehicle was finished the same day and while it was being worked on Danny was sending me updates. Another great benefit of this service center is they offer a 10% veteran/military discount on both service and parts which really was such a big help. Super expensive for services If I had not had my car towed there, I would have never agreed to the outrageous price of $1,096 to replace the starter on my 2006 Odyssey. The part was $616 and the rest was labor, and approx $124.25/hr! After writing to the dealer and they reached out to hear my concerns, we reached a workable solution that would keep me as their future customer. I commended them for listening to the feedback and willingness to work with the customers hence the more favorable rating! More
