"Looking out for my best interest!" I came in for a regular service as I purchased my 2015 CR-V here and trust that all will be taken care of in my best interest. I mentioned to my service manager, Augustine Cardona, that I will probably need new tires in the spring. He then checked my tires and showed me clearly the condition they were in at this time. They absolutely need replaced for my safety. I felt that I couldn't afford them at the moment, and he helped me pick out the best tires for my needs. He also worked out the best deal for me and helped me set up an interest free plan so I can pay for them in a timely manner that I can handle. More

While I am always cynical with a love/hate relationship when it comes to car dealerships, Ryan (service advisor) made sure Ryan Broome was my advisor. While I am always cynical with a love/hate relationship when it comes to car dealerships, Ryan (service advisor) made sure the issue with my car was taken care. I had an extended warranty and he made sure it was honored saving me a lot of dollars. The dealership held my car for about 5 days, but that was okay since I had a Honda Accord Sedan as a loner. Thanks also to Chris Shotwell in (finance) for quickly finding my extended warranty paper and Joel (technician). Joel and I drove in the car so he can pin down the issue that wasn't easy to locate.
