Refund my dealer Prep fee that I was charge for $995 I should get a refund on the dealer prep fee. All tires were extremely low average @ 20-25 psi.per your service tech .And parking lights didn’t work t I should get a refund on the dealer prep fee. All tires were extremely low average @ 20-25 psi.per your service tech .And parking lights didn’t work too. Plus, interior of vehicle had a odor & only 1/2 tank of gas. And while driving the Honda 2005 crv from the back of your parking lot a service tech almost sideswiped me because he was speeding back there, Speed kills !!very unprofessional !!!I had to go back to dealership because I received the wrong car fax. $995 dealer prep should be refunded to me for liability issues & many things were check or completed with Honda 2005 crv vehicle. Note: I made 3 trips back to the dealership since I purchased the vehicle last week. And the 2nd trip back a gps tracking device was on the floor. ( Service department definitely drop the ball on this vehicle!!!👎 ( My sales representative (Nasser, did a outstanding job ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) with me under the circumstances that I went through at the dealership. Brandon Honda needs more representatives like NASSER👍 More
