Love Brandon Honda service, and Jennifer Poindexter! I arrived on Sat Nov 14th to drop my Honda Odyssey off for oil change. Jennifer noticed my license plate (and hurricane evacuation sticker) and reali I arrived on Sat Nov 14th to drop my Honda Odyssey off for oil change. Jennifer noticed my license plate (and hurricane evacuation sticker) and realized I was from the Keys, where she has family! She is a lovely young woman, we sort of bonded! When I returned she explained the work done to my vehicle and helped me get signed up for a credit card specifically to pay my car maintenance bills, which I was unaware of in the past. As I plan to keep my 2015 Honda Odyssey when it is paid off (very soon!) I want to give it the best care, and Jennifer Poindexter and Brandon Honda make sure I can do that! Thanks, I'll be back! Jennifer Poindexter was amazing! I had my 2015 Honda Odyssey at Brandon Honda, and the next day saw my tire pressure light on! Turns out I had a screw in one of my practically new tires. I called Jennifer who had helped me the day before. She said that they would replace the tire NO CHARGE! I had purchased the tires from Brandon Honda a few months ago. I took it in, they had over 200 cars they were servicing, and it was ready in about an hour! And Jennifer waived the $20 service fee - simply because they had just serviced the vehicle. I doubt very seriously I picked up the screw at Brandon Honda, but they were SUPER fair and made sure I was happy! Thank you Jennifer and Brandon Honda! You are the only service dealer for me and my Odyssey! More
