So there I was at this dealership that I originally bought my car at thinking. Okay. I’ll get the complimentary great customer service they gave me when I purchased the car. I drove 22 miles to get the bought my car at thinking. Okay. I’ll get the complimentary great customer service they gave me when I purchased the car. I drove 22 miles to get there from St Pete in morning rush hour traffic. Come to find out the warranty we thought we got originally isn’t the warranty that was explained to us. I get my car fixed with the one thing needed however I leave with a receipt of “suggested” things that apparently I really need because things like brakes I shouldn’t take lightly. I don’t take it lightly that’s why I showed receipt of everything. Than the extended warranty I thought we got turns out to be extremely strict and the small business owner I go to get my oil changed “might” not be approved so that’s no warranty. All of this I could of understood however if anyone knows me they know that customer service makes a difference to me and when I finally got my car after 4 hours of waiting and reading my warranties the “complimentary car wash” they said they do for “all” their customers was not done. So I’m sorry Brandon Honda your customer service is null and void like my warranties. Your actions speak louder than words and if I can do anything that is let all my friends know you want a Honda go somewhere else please don’t waste your time at this one. It is a place only for the mass quantities not quality. Frankly I feel bad for everyone there waiting with Me. Then we hear back from them Brandon Honda did offer to pay all these so called “repairs” I needed. However I decided to get a second opinion and low and behold turns out I didn’t need the list of things suggested. Just like your body why would I open up my car to do things to it if it isn’t broke?!? Yes I will get my necessary things flushed as needed for maintenance on my car. However after literally seeing the false accounts of what my car apparently “needed”. It really just adds to my frustration with you guys. Come on! If you were right about these services I needed wouldn’t the second opinion from a 40 year old AEC certified reputable company see the same things? Im sorry Brandon Honda I tried but I most definitely would NOT recommend you just because of your service department alone. Lesson learned. More

After heavy negotating, they gave me an incredible deal and threw in some perks for good measure. They even paid for fixing my old trade in! I loved the experience and would recommend Brandon Honda to anyone! More

Went in for possible a/c condenser leaks. Service rep was very helpful & understanding about concerns with my car. I wasn't sure if there was a problem, but needed for it to be checked out.
