He took the time to understand exactly what I needed, wanted, and what was actually possible, rather than wasting time showing me all sorts of vehicles that probably wouldn’t have been right for me. Once I got to finance with Chris, planning on signing a lease, he was able to renegotiate with the bank to get me approved for a purchase rather than a lease at the same monthly payment. He truly went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal possible. Not to mention being rushed finishing up the paperwork as I was late to work! He had to escalate one of my issues regarding something else and it had to be approved by a sales manager, which later was identified as Medi Medrek. When he walked me over there, the guy was the rudest man I had met in long time. First off, he didn't even introduce himself. He was just asking questions and demanding answers. He was very short with me and was cutting me off when I was trying to talk to him. I will never deal with him again and will tell anyone that goes there to not deal with him. When he was done talking to me, he "shooed" me away and said he was done talking to me. Never again will I deal with him. The others that I dealt with were all very friendly and helpful. More
