Making my life easier I contacted Rachel late on Friday afternoon about my Accord making a whine that got louder as I accelerated. I was certain I had a faulty alternator I contacted Rachel late on Friday afternoon about my Accord making a whine that got louder as I accelerated. I was certain I had a faulty alternator or power steering pump and I wanted to get it as soon as possible as I work in another county. Rachel told me to bring it on in which I did on my way home. I left my car with her and on Saturday morning got a call letting me know it was in fact a pulley that was going out and it was under warranty and she recommended replacing the belt which I agreed should be replaced. Later that day she called to let me know my car was ready. What a huge relief to get it back before the work week started. Rachel and her crew has sure made my life easier with the turnaround and I have peace of mind knowing that there are still people like her, people who care about their customers and who go the extra mile to help those in need. On Sunday I took our 2nd car for an oil change and whilst I wont go into the boring parts of a a situation that went a little wrong from a quoted price, I was very pleased with how it was handled both by Mike Hudak the assistant manager in the service technicians department and Donnie the Manager over the department. I would definitely recommend Brandon Honda and also our Salesman Chris Irvine who continues to check in on us (via text) every few weeks to make sure our new 2019 Honda Accord Sport is doing good. Needed a car, found a great car dealership. Harrison Perez was an AWESOME salesman, and more than a pleasure to interact with during this process. After test driving a car that had passed inspections, he decided to have the car checked again before I bought it. The maintenance team discovered that the catalytic converter was bad, and opted not to sell me that particular car. Once I finally found a car, he had the seats cleaned and shampooed an additional time, bc he didn't like how they looked. He showed me that he cared about me as a person, rather than a commission payment. I hate car shopping, but Brandon Honda will be the first place I consider, if I would need to get another vehicle.
