Initial (free) oil/filter change. I made an appointment (at 7:30am) for my initial oil/filter change which was to be free of charge as I purchased my Honda at Brandon Honda. Vincent B I made an appointment (at 7:30am) for my initial oil/filter change which was to be free of charge as I purchased my Honda at Brandon Honda. Vincent Bartolomeo, my service manager was there and took my paperwork immediately (I showed up one-half hour early for my appointment). Vincent was very helpful and my car was immediately taken to the service area. The service was completed and the car washed and returned to me within 5 minutes of the promised time -- an excellent service appointment. More

Great customer service We have only lived in Tampa for about 4 months, we have a 2017 Odyssey and the tire kept going low & my back hatch wouldn’t always close properly. So We have only lived in Tampa for about 4 months, we have a 2017 Odyssey and the tire kept going low & my back hatch wouldn’t always close properly. So I had a free afternoon and was able to go, I’m always hesitant about trying new places- but that was put aside as soon as I spoke with Hanani, he immediately put me at ease & told me they would figure it out. I had a nail in the interior wall of my tire & the latch was loose. So they replaced tire with a new one & tightened up my latch, all under warranty- so that was wonderful. Thank you again! More
Beyond aggressive salespeople My husband and I went in to browse used vehicles. It was our first day looking, we weren't planning on making a purchase that day. We were immediately My husband and I went in to browse used vehicles. It was our first day looking, we weren't planning on making a purchase that day. We were immediately greeted by a salesman, which was nice, but he kept showing us vehicles out of our price range. We told him again our absolute max but he insisted that we could qualify for a bigger loan through them to get a better car, which may have been true but that's not what we were there for. This guy wouldn't leave us alone and when we somehow ended up at his desk, a manager was brought over and he spent time trying to convince us to buy today too. We eventually left, but it wasnt over. This dealership, including 3 of their managers, called and left voicemails on my phone for 2 days and the salesman texted me from his personal phone many times. It was my naive mistake to put my info into their system, but their unbelievably aggressive behavior ruined any small chance that we would ever go back there. More
