While my experience with Tom G. was wonderful as he was beyond kind and understanding with me, I am less than pleased with your service department. Then a nail that was found in our tire that we were assured would be taken care of wasn't, forcing me to turn around and come right back to the dealership after driving away, and making me wait 50 extra minutes after leaving the van there initially from 730am - 5pm. But I'd like to state again that Tom G. was wonderful and so helpful, going the extra mile by finding a lender car for me quickly, allowing me to get to work. Four days later, and I'm still so appreciative of his kindness. More

Wow, was that a busy place. Went smooth, the lines seemed to be always moving forward. Brandon was great.
