A/C was not blowing cold air and its August. Made an appointment at which time I indicated the time I needed to leave. Upon arrival, was told they needed two hours just to get a diagnostics; therefore, appointment at which time I indicated the time I needed to leave. Upon arrival, was told they needed two hours just to get a diagnostics; therefore, departure time was not possible. Christine Wooten paid attention to the problem, formulated a solution and executed. Had an appointment for service and got emails acknowledging it. It still took them more than a half hour to check me in once I arrived.
