I was in for standard service and a radio issue on my Civic. While getting checked in Anthony Johnson noticed my concern over the number of cars checking in and how long the service might take, and he r Civic. I was in on 7/9 and Brandon Braxton was awesome with understanding the problem I was having. As the first person I dealt with in your service Dept, I must say Brandon's calm demeanor and persistence was understanding the problem I was having. As the first person I dealt with in your service Dept, I must say Brandon's calm demeanor and persistence was greatly appreciated since I had just acquired the vehicle. He made me feel at ease right off. Unfortunately, Carina Burr had to take over since I was on her calendar for an accessory. Thank you Carina for taking care of the installation of my rails. They look great. Everything was efficiently done from check in to heads up to finalizing the paperwork. The wait was shorter that expected. Since I was having an issue as well with emissions the car was diagnosed and a part that had been ordered was installed. Update - back in again on 7/13 and Brandon Braxton and Lisa Hibbard co-helped with getting my car in quickly and and diagnosed. Problem solved and I was back out the door. I like these smiling can do attitude's in the service department. Job well done all! Thanks everyone! More
Took my 2017 HRV in for a service update on the transmission. Factory recall after putting in the new program my car lost seven or 8 miles to the gallon runs at a higher RPM and when I approach the transmission. Factory recall after putting in the new program my car lost seven or 8 miles to the gallon runs at a higher RPM and when I approach the dealer about this they told me that’s just the way it is both a service man the driveway technician and the assistant manager all lied to me about what they were going to do they gave me a loaner car for a week and did absolutely nothing in my car and it is still getting less than 7 miles to the gallon from what it used to get try to talk to the manager and no luck will not return my phone call DO NOt take your car to this dealership all they will do is lie to you about what they’re doing and they will do nothing and say it’s all Honda of America’s fault More
