I called Honda Land's service department at 7:20 am on 9/26/2020 just to get a quote on a batter for my 2018 Honda Accord. No one answered the phone after three calls just an answering machine. I call back the fourth time and the parts department answered the phone and was unable to help me. I call Brandon Honda minutes late and they answered on the second ring. The gentleman who I spoke to was super helpful which made me go to the dealership for services. Upon my arrival, my service writer was waiting in the service drive and gave me a quote on a battery. Unfortunately it the service in a whole cost too much. I was still thankful for the service and his professionalism, I brought a sun shade and an car freshener from parts lol. Because of that experience I will never go back to Honda Land. I can't leave out the customer relationships gentleman that called me and introduced himself to me. Wow I was super impressed.
