I called Honda Land's service department at 7:20 am on 9/26/2020 just to get a quote on a batter for my 2018 Honda Accord. No one answered the phone after three calls just an answering machine. I call back the fourth time and the parts department answered the phone and was unable to help me. I call Brandon Honda minutes late and they answered on the second ring. The gentleman who I spoke to was super helpful which made me go to the dealership for services. Upon my arrival, my service writer was waiting in the service drive and gave me a quote on a battery. Unfortunately it the service in a whole cost too much. I was still thankful for the service and his professionalism, I brought a sun shade and an car freshener from parts lol. Because of that experience I will never go back to Honda Land. I can't leave out the customer relationships gentleman that called me and introduced himself to me. Wow I was super impressed. Both my service writer, parts and customer relations gentleman made my morning run smoothly. I'm bad with names but my service writer is from Brooklyn NY. Sincerely, Jay Hollman More
