Best Customer Service ever! We contacted the Honda Service department after having been told by an oil change shop that our front axle was leaking. We were getting ready for a 5 We contacted the Honda Service department after having been told by an oil change shop that our front axle was leaking. We were getting ready for a 5 day driving vacation so we wanted to make sure our Honda was in good shape. We spoke with Michael Mack and explained the situation. He told us to bring the car in and he would have it looked at, even though we didn't have an appointment. We dropped it off and after an hour "Mack" calls us back and lets us know that there is NO leak in the front axle. Wow! That is honesty and integrity! Any other shop would jump at the opportunity to make some money. And while we had it there Mack was so thorough and reminded us of some regular maintenance items that were due, which we were happy to do. We will absolutely bring our Honda back to Brandon Honda and will ask for Michael Mack every time, even if it just for an oil change. Anyone with a Honda should not go anywhere else! More

Kyle Lampp and the team at Brandon Honda we're very helpful and considerate. I really appreciated how mindful they were of cleanliness. I may have paid a little more here than I would at a small shop helpful and considerate. I really appreciated how mindful they were of cleanliness. I may have paid a little more here than I would at a small shop, but their cleaning practices gave me peace of mind -- so it was worth it. The only room for improvement would be if everyone working at Brandon Honda were wearing a mask when they interact with customers. More
