Everything went well for my routine oil change except the wait was almost double what I was quoted. The most disturbing part was when they told me I had a dead battery and offered no help - I am sure the se wait was almost double what I was quoted. The most disturbing part was when they told me I had a dead battery and offered no help - I am sure the service man was waiting to tell me I needed a new battery! I stated that my battery was less than a year old and was under warranty. He said, it's dead!! Still he looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about. So, I told him to jump the battery and bring me my car so I could go home. I called AAA who came out within an hour and tested the battery - it was at 100% life! I was quite upset since I had no option but to come home after my oil change and not do the errands which were on the way home. I wonder if anyone even tested the battery. What a silly mistake and loss for them. More
I recently got an oil change and some more services at Brandon Honda and wow was I amaze with the customer service. The manager “ Matt “ really did a good job. I usually don’t trust dealerships and go to a personal mechanic, but this guy was cool. I honestly cant talk to how everyone’s customer service is there. But if your going to get you car look at I advise ask for Service Manager Matt More

I wanted to say that my wife and myself are very pleased with the performance of Thomas Sharpe, he was very instrumental in getting our vehicle in for much-needed maintenance in a very timely manner!!! Upon with the performance of Thomas Sharpe, he was very instrumental in getting our vehicle in for much-needed maintenance in a very timely manner!!! Upon leaving the dealership we noticed that the AC was not working correctly. We brought my Wife's CRV back the next day and Mister Sharpe was instrumental in waving part of the $250 deductible down to $125. A new ac compressor was installed with a brand new air conditioning compressor due to failure of the original ....We are very pleased with his performance !!!! From now on this is the only person in the service department that we will ever deal with!!! Thank you Thomas,.. You 🎸 ROCK !!!!!! More
