Excellent Customer Service at Brandon Honda This was my first service visit to Brandon Honda after purchasing a new 2019 Honda Civic Touring model. I received exceptional customer service from This was my first service visit to Brandon Honda after purchasing a new 2019 Honda Civic Touring model. I received exceptional customer service from my advisor Donnie Seufzer. He answered my questions and gave me explanations that allowed me to better understand the reasoning behind the answers. Donnie went the extra mile and helped me with a touch-up to a small area where the paint had been slightly damaged by a pebble. He also identified and removed what to me looked like scratches on the roof of the car but really had been the remnants of some material that was used during transport of the car and had not been completely removed. In summary, I was extremely pleased after experiencing my first service visit to Brandon Honda. Thanks Donnie! More
