Awesome Service! I went in for a replacement battery because mine was completely dead. I was greeted very quickly by Danny and he got things started right away. Knowledgeable service rep When i requested update for the shuttle, the person who checked in said our shuttle is already out you need to wait a till they return. When I follow When i requested update for the shuttle, the person who checked in said our shuttle is already out you need to wait a till they return. When I follow up with Taje, he said I check if we have a shuttle available for you. Sure enough, Taje was able to get me a ride to my appointment. I didn't miss my appointment. Only problem is, its too difficult to find set an appointment for Taje. Overall experience is good More
