Great service I took my Honda Accord to Branson Honda for an oil change. Elijah was my service advisor. He was great. Even though he said the wait time was going to I took my Honda Accord to Branson Honda for an oil change. Elijah was my service advisor. He was great. Even though he said the wait time was going to be more than two hours he managed to get it done within 45 min!! Elijah went the extra mile with my car. He licked it up himself and had sprayed tire shine on my tires!! This dude deserves a raise!!!! More

Two recalls & oil change My new CRV had two recalls and the first free oil change. The check in was done quickly. The service manager Ryan Foster did a fine job. There was initial concern that the needed recall parts might not be in stock, but Ryan traced them down. The shuttle driver took me to a nearby restaurant where I had breakfast, and she picked me backup when I called. She was friendly, a good driver and efficient. The repairs took the time that I was told at check in. The customer waiting area was packed. More

Very Bad Service experience I ever had I went for Oil changes with appointment and the consultant reviewed the vehicle, and he suggested to address some recent recall on Sliding doors for I went for Oil changes with appointment and the consultant reviewed the vehicle, and he suggested to address some recent recall on Sliding doors for 2018 Honda Odyssey. He said it takes 2 hrs to complete Oil change and Recall part but they gave me the car back after 6 hrs sitting in the Honda shop with multiple requests and followups with Service Manager While driving back to Home, I noticed that both of my mini van doors were open and not closing. stopped the car tried to close the door but never be able to close them. Point is I got the car with service done so pathetic. screwed entire day and end of keeping my car at Honda service station about 5 days . Very bad experience More
