Service Visit I arrived for my appointment and Taje came to the car. He asked what I needed and I told an oil change. Service I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced for a oil change and tire rotation.i was greeted right away and was told it would take an hour. It took just about that, but I saw my car parked on the side and had to go looking for the representative. He was friendly, informative, no one previously told me how many free oil changes I had left. The cafe staff needs to be more friendly and courteous. My food was ready and I was not told, I had to go ask. It seemed as if I was bothering them. They talk too much and loudly about what was going on there. Unprofessional. More
