I always have a great experience from the moment I arrive for service until the time I leave. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the waiting area is comfortable. Been coming to Brandon Honda for all my service since I bought my car there six years ago but today my usual service advisor was off and Travis helped me instead. If I had never been to Brandon Honda befor bought my car there six years ago but today my usual service advisor was off and Travis helped me instead. If I had never been to Brandon Honda before, I would never go back. Travis was rude and arrogant, and brusquely unhelpful In demeanor and attitude. I recommend avoiding him. More

Quick in and out! I scheduled the appointment over the phone with the automated service. I came in at 6:30pm which is the time the automated service scheduled me. I wa I scheduled the appointment over the phone with the automated service. I came in at 6:30pm which is the time the automated service scheduled me. I was told that the service department don’t do oil changes after 6. But when they found out how the appointment was made they then proceeded to honor said appointment and get me in and out within 30mins!! More

I brought my vehicle in to address a specific issue, and after four days in the shop, it was returned to me with an entirely new problem. To make matters worse, I’ve been unable to get a response from the s after four days in the shop, it was returned to me with an entirely new problem. To make matters worse, I’ve been unable to get a response from the service technician, despite multiple attempts to follow up. I’m still waiting for a manager to contact me, and this lack of communication is extremely disappointing. This experience has been frustrating and has left me questioning the quality of service. More
