I had an issue this evening with transportation goin I've been a Brandon Honda customer for 16 years and they have the best customer service in town. I had an issue this evening with transportation going home while my car was being serviced, and your relationship manager, Sebastian Bertrand went out of his way to deescalate the issue and personally drive me home. Waiting is worth it! No one likes to wait for services however, when the check engine light comes on your willing to wait around to find out what the issue is. Alica Gant No one likes to wait for services however, when the check engine light comes on your willing to wait around to find out what the issue is. Alica Gant was my representative and she worked at normalizing my anxiety. So much so, I didn't mind waiting. The job of replacing a knock sensor and securing the part appeared to be an easy task. What I didn't know is what Alica Gant and the Technicians had to go through to secure the part. Service is a tough task but your staff made it appear simple and summary. I thank my representative for resolving the issue by keeping me informed and expediting the task with dispatch. My compliments to Brandon Honda's Service representative. More

Then met by Michael Mack (Mack) who is very through and saw that I was taken care of to ever detail of my visit. He kept me up to date on what was going on and that I was comfortable, he offered to Lyft or Uber me home or to the mall. Other than the length of time I was there, which was to no ones fault it just took that long to get through the list of things, my experience exceeded my expectations and all the questions and concerns were either answered or fixed. They would not have known there was an issue without my discussion but more importantly, they excelled on the last visit. More
