Thought it was gonna be bad Mack at the service department was awesome! He got me seen when I was told it couldn’t happen the day I needed. When I told him I'd be back on Saturday, he told me he wouldn't be there, but that I could as for Mr. Thomas, and he'd be glad to help. SHE is the reason that we keep coming back to Bra Rachel Christie is absolutely the BEST! She went above and beyond to help us with our service needs. SHE is the reason that we keep coming back to Brandon Honda for service. We purchased our Odyssey from Brandon Honda new in 2010 and have been using them to maintain it since but around 2014 Rachel came on board and has added that extra since of care and thoughtfulness that puts them over the top in service.
