This experience was better than the last and the last was A+ Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was greeted by Veron Liburd. He was thorough and took care of my vehicle promptly. When I discovered the problem I was having with my car, I phoned your service department, and was told to bring the car right in — no appointment necessary. That impressed me from the start. I am here on vacation from PA, and wasn’t sure who to call, but so glad I found your dealership online. I was impressed at how organized your service department is. From the moment I pulled in, I was treated with nothing but respect and concern. Not only did I receive expert service on my car, but I feel Thomas Garner went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. One thing that I was really impressed with was the offer to shuttle us wherever we wanted to go to pass the time while the car was being serviced. Ken, our driver, was very personable and helpful, since we are new to the area. Thank you for a great experience — it really wasn’t something I wanted to do, (or spend money on) on a beautiful, sunny vacation day, but your group made it a pleasant “adventure”.
